ultram is a synthetic narcotic, right? Fiorcet is a low key narcotic. It’s the most mild you’re going to find, but it’s stronger than ultram. Also, it’s got a nice hefy dose of caffiene
I agree with kari t but I would suggest, taking Tramadol.
