diet and exercise…you have to change your lifestyle because you’re not naturally thin.
If you count your calories, there’s no way you can gain. Just calculate out how many calories you expand in a day, and if you eat less then or equal to that you can’t gain weight.
The best solution for any weight control issue would be diet and exercise, of course.
Hi trashtruck fire,
I am currently taking phentermine 37.5mg and have lost 8 pounds in 8 days so far!!! This stuff is great. I plan to lose about 25-30 pounds.
I am currently working out 6-7 days a week, eating really healthy and drinking a ton of water.
Once I meet my weight loss goal, I will stop using the phentermine, but I will continue to work out 6-7 days a week, eat healthy and drink a ton of water to maintain the weight!!
Unfortunately the reason most people gain the weight back and sometimes even more is because they get comfortable and stop doing what was necessary to lose the weight in the first place.
In order to maintain your weight, it is extremely critical to continue to work out, eat healthy and drink plenty of water to be successful.
Just think of it as a healthy way of life. You can’t be on a diet forever, so it’s best to make this a way of life for the rest of your life!!! If you make healthy decisions from this point on you should be successful at keeping the weight off once you lose it.
Good luck!!!!
